Hi, I’m Emma – Your Baby’s Sleep Consultant

About Me

I have 20 years of experience in nursing. I am a Registered Nurse in RN (Adult), RSCN (Child) and qualified Child Health Nurse (CHN). I currently work in Hampshire as a Child Health Nurse for the NHS.

I have been specially trained in Sleep and settling techniques using the Safe Sleep Space method. I have an in depth understanding of developmental stages and needs of babies and toddlers.

I encourage responsive settling (not letting the baby cry too long), enhance optimal feeding and teach settling techniques. I believe in enhancing the bond and attachment between parents and baby or toddler. I have been trained in the Circle of Security and understand the psychology of parenting.
